The WakeUp Protocol
Something inside of you knows… there’s more. You’re right!
The WakeUp Protocol is a podcast for sensitive, curious souls who know there’s more to life than what we’ve been taught.
Hosted by Nadja Haldiman, this is a space for big questions, deep remembering, and honest conversations about what it means to come back to your true self, beneath the conditioning, beyond the mask, outside the matrix.
Each week, you’ll hear from guests who are in it too, navigating their own awakenings with courage and grace. We talk about grief, near-death experiences, psychedelics, illness as initiation, visions, and the mysteries that science hasn’t yet caught up with, but our bodies and hearts already know to be true.
This is a space for remembering and fierce truths. For sovereignty, soul, and the kind of conversations that leave you changed.
If you’re waking up... welcome home.

Listening for Truth: Through Relationship, Nature, and Deep Presence with Susan Powell & Jay Darling
What happens when you choose to build a life on presence, listening, and love instead of performance or perfection? In this episode of The WakeUp Protocol, Nadja sits down with two heart-centered humans, Susan Powell and Jay Darling. A couple whose partnership in love and life is rooted in respect, playfulness, and presence.
Susan is a holistic health educator and elder who supports indigenous communities in healing. Jay is a musician and self-described “possibilitarian” who uses sound, movement, and mirth to foster connection and transformation.
Together, they offer a grounded conversation about healing through relationship with ourselves, each other, and the earth.
Susan and Jay share reflections on:
+ Building a life that honors nature, trust, and sacred timing
+ The quiet knowing that emerges when we slow down
+ The power of discernment vs. judgment
+ Creating safety through truth-telling and deep listening
+ What it means to let love move through grief, aging, and transformation
+ Embodied communication and conscious partnership
This conversation feels like a warm cup of tea for the soul. It reminds us that awakening doesn’t have to be loud; it can be gentle, relational, and deeply human.
